Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your merchandise purchase from Cheba Hut for any reason, return your products within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund minus the shipping cost. Products must be in the condition you received them directly from Cheba Hut. Gear returned in any other condition or purchased from any other source will not be accepted.
 

Follow these easy steps:

  1. Email merch@chebahut.com  with your return/exchange request and please include your full name, order number, reason for your return/exchange, and the item(s) and quantities of the items you want to return. For any exchanges please also include a shipping address.
  2. Include a copy of your invoice with the contents of your package. On the invoice write "exchange/return request for order number :xxxx "
  3. Insure the package for your protection as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
  4. Send your return to:

  5. Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will process your return and place your new order. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  6. After your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your original method of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 3-5 business days after your refund is processed for it to post to your account.
