Returns and Exchanges
Made to Order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Defects, such as lifting or peeling on arrival, are covered and you can report a defect by emailing merch@chebahut.com. If you are not sure if the item is a Made to Order, please feel free to check in, but all Made to Order items are announced in the product description.
Returns on all other items will be made on a case by case basis. Please email merch@chebahut.com to confirm if your item is eligible for a return.
Defective items will be replaced at no cost to you. Please email merch@chebahut.com with your order number, address, and a photo of the defective item.
